Veal with green beans in Cretan style.
Ingredients:
1 kg veal, 1 kg green beans, 1-2 finely chopped onions, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2-3 finely chopped medium-sized ripe tomatoes, salt, pepper.
Preparation.
Rinse the beans and remove any tough fibers. Cook the veal well, then add the onion.
Once the onions are fried, add 1 cup of water and let the dinner simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
Then add the mashed tomatoes, beans, salt, pepper and cook for another 40 minutes.
